• 10+ years of holistic media experience, with at least 7 years in digital media and 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to build effective teams and strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of holistic marketing and digital media trends.
• Ability to design differentiated value propositions in programmatic solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Client Service and media teams supporting enterprise relationships and self-service offerings.
• Design and evolve client service offerings that scale and meet profit goals.
• Evaluate and enhance industry-leading client experiences and invest in growth opportunities.
• Communicate with clients effectively to drive meaningful results.
• Identify and launch new strategic partnerships for growth.
• Drive senior-level relationships with agency partners and clients, prioritizing industry connections.
