Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of job-related experience in data analytics and modeling.
• Expertise in developing analytical dashboards using BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of building analytical models using programming languages, preferably Python with at least 3 years of experience.
• Leadership experience and comfortable leading a small team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of basic data warehousing principles and ETL design.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with non-technical managers.
• Enthusiastic about data analytics and learning new techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and own analytical models and dashboards for internal and external clients.
• Prepare reports for leadership that communicate trends, patterns, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Translate quantitative data into visual reports for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data analyses and establish QA systems.
• Develop and track key performance metrics.
• Assist the data engineering team with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support data analytics and streamline data pipelines.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other team members.
• Collaborate in setting and driving goals for the data analysis team.
• Identify improvements in analytics processes and tools.
• Lead the development of best practices around data analytics.
