ERP Accounting Optimization Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant area; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Superb computer literacy with business software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Application implementation experience preferred.
• ERP or Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for Accounting Optimization projects across diverse industry executives.
• Maximize return on financial assets by training clients in best practice policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Project manage the Accounting Optimization projects, ensuring quality on client deliverables and managing counterparties to meet milestones.
• Understand key business drivers and manage key issues and risks with insights and advice.
• Evaluate customer needs to configure applications effectively.
• Troubleshoot application issues and develop action plans.
• Work with customers’ existing vendors to establish migration plans.
• Prepare reports to analyze and summarize information and trends.
• Contribute knowledge to internal and external development documentation.
• Lead and develop team members.
