Requirements:
  • 5+ years of work experience, with 2-3 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations particularly at high-growth startups.
  • Experience in analytical fields like investment banking or management consulting is advantageous.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Enterprise sales best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, Salesforce, and other sales technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present data and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operationalize a scalable sales motion for the sales organization.
  • Own the sales tech stack, currently including Salesforce and Apollo, and work with the external Salesforce consultant for CRM improvements.
  • Partner with Sales to create and maintain key sales assets including a master sales deck and B2B marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketplace leadership and sales teams to develop an effective sales strategy.
