Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the payment or ecommerce domain is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of experience in software testing is mandatory.
• Proficient in Appium, Espresso, and XCTest.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing processes (e.g., ISTQB) is a bonus.
• Experience with source control systems and deployment processes (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Network Debugging (Charles Proxy, Wireshark) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing (Firebase Performance, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Cloud Testing (Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack) is a bonus.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to create simple solutions for fast results.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Analysts and Engineers to validate assumptions and test user flows.
• Participate in requirements gathering to understand business objectives for new features and system changes.
• Test features according to Acceptance Criteria and Sprint goals.
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, performance, security, and usability.
• Execute manual and automated test cases using various testing tools and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly.
• Analyze test results, recommend solutions, and track bug fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback from a testing perspective.
• Advocate for quality in every feature delivered.
• Act as the first line of defense for bug reporting.
