Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CIA.
• 2+ years’ experience in SOX Compliance, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm.
• Experience in business process flow identification and documentation.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls and Application controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internal audit software.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of the Company’s SOX compliance program, including process walkthroughs and documentation updates.
• Perform operating effectiveness testing and document test results appropriately.
• Communicate deficiencies and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Execute and complete audit fieldwork per the established schedule.
• Document audit results according to IIA standards and research relevant technical literature.
