Organizational Change Management Consultant

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of relevant consulting or business experience.
• Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development, and transformation.
• Proven track record in delivering client engagements in Organizational Transformation.
• Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle), BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation.
• High energy, motivated, proactive self-starter with willingness to travel and excellent command of English; additional language skills in German or French are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Working on large scale international business transformation programs for clients, with a focus on organization transformations, digital, and ERP implementations.
• Acting as an integral part of project teams to ensure successful client delivery through enhanced customer experience.
• Developing and implementing change strategies and plans, conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Managing client stakeholders and executing communications and training programs as necessary.
