• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using SQL, Python, and/or R preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in data storytelling and presentations.
• Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of business operations and data insights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate predictive insights from employee data.
• Own the employee listening program and present insights to leadership.
• Build key recruiting reports and dashboards using Greenhouse.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings.
• Create and maintain custom reports and analyses using Power BI.
• Develop dashboards to monitor workforce trends.
