Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or as a Tech Lead.
• Proven experience building React, Ruby-on-Rails applications or similar frameworks.
• Experience building SaaS solutions in an engineering capacity.
• Experience engaging with external vendors or business partners.
• Strong track record of leading engineers to deliver initiatives.
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining engineers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers to align outcomes with business goals.
• Contribute to building product roadmap and OKRs with clear goals and outcomes.
• Manage projects and initiatives against delivery timelines.
• Lead the team to deliver quality solutions for customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with mobile counterparts for cohesive web and mobile solutions.
• Develop and mentor engineering talent.
• Manage team performance through regular feedback.
• Review team code for quality and consistency.
• Advocate for engineering best practices.
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Recruit top engineering talent as needed.
