Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a senior strategy consultant or account manager.
• Substantial exposure to corporate sustainability and a desire to deepen expertise in the area.
• Proven track record in business development and client partnership building.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Fluent and effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales processes and achieve sales targets co-defined with the Branch MD and Global Sector Lead.
• Grow accounts towards operating within planetary boundaries while identifying new business opportunities.
• Support clients in building the case for sustainability transformation and securing necessary budgets.
• Lead the implementation of sustainability strategy projects and ensure project profitability.
• Mentor and train consultants, providing guidance and developmental support.
