Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue-generating role preferred.
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.
• BA/BS or AA/AS Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred; charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake calls on behalf of the Nurse Advocate to gather information on new job seekers.
• Evaluate clinician qualifications and suitability for positions, submitting qualified candidates for review.
• Facilitate interviews and offers for job seekers.
• Conduct outreach to identify and triage any issues faced by clinicians on assignment.
• Maintain proficiency in the systems and processes at Trusted.
• Document details while covering for Advocates.
• Provide feedback on learnings after the Advocate's return.
