• More than 3 years of experience in counseling.
• Licensure to practice as a Psychologist or Psychotherapist.
• A private and professional environment for conducting therapy sessions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Reliable Internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a client load during a 90-day contract (around 30 hours per week).
• Participating in platform localization efforts by providing feedback.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve platform issues before and after launch.
• Continuing as an independent therapist on the BetterHelp platform after the 90-day contract.
