Requirements:

• Must be registered Psychotherapist (Psychothérapeute) or Psychologist (Psychologue).
• 7+ years experience independently providing clinical care.
• Active and in good standing with clinical regulatory body.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Experience in telehealth therapy.
• Possess a growth mindset and thrive in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support via email, phone, and chat to therapists to ensure high-quality care.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex inquiries.
• Audit data and provide actionable feedback to therapists.
• Monitor therapists' clinical capabilities and work experience.
• Conduct outreach and maintain communication with therapists.
• Maintain a small client caseload.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team and represent BetterHelp externally.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and take on special projects.
