Requirements:

• 10+ years of cumulative experience in Product Leadership roles.
• 3+ years in a VP or Senior Leadership capacity.
• Experience shipping SaaS products with a strong product strategy and roadmap.
• History of building and coaching high-performing remote Product teams.
• Success in improving team performance and accountability.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions in the Financial Industry is a plus.
• Experience with AI-integrated products is another plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define the overarching product vision, strategy, and ongoing roadmap consistent with business objectives.
• Identify key issues or risks with the product and propose solutions.
• Engage with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment on product direction.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of product managers and designers.
• Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and teams into product strategy.
• Manage customer metrics and track product usage.
• Design success indicators to support growth.
• Communicate cross-functionally to set and deliver on product vision.
• Partner with stakeholders on go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure correct and timely product releases.
• Conduct strategic research including pricing and competitor analysis.
• Share the brand through travel and speaking engagements.
