Responsibilities:

• Manage client emails, responding and categorizing effectively.
• Understand and process documentation per client policies.
• Assign transactions to General Ledger accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll using Employment Hero Payroll, including various complexities.
• Perform reconciliations across multiple accounts and financial records.
• Support client-specific operational tasks and manage invoicing.
