Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical and pre-sales roles.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with customer training and product presentations.
• Experience in communicating with enterprise-level executives and decision-makers.
• Capable of handling in-depth discussions on business and technical requirements.
• Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Capability of programming in Javascript and other programming languages.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Active Directory/LDAP.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, owning and managing various pre-sales activities including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects.
• Participate in infrastructure conversations to define appropriate system infrastructure needs based on the customers' technology landscape.
• Understand and document customer business & technical requirements to create value-based proposals addressing business drivers and pain points.
• Interface with Product Management to relay market demands from prospects/customers.
• Build strong relationships with key contacts in the partner ecosystem and oversee product and solutions training for partners.
