Responsibilities:

• Be the trusted advisor and first line of offense for clients.
• Handle a small volume of clients, focusing on their ongoing needs.
• Manage month-end close processes and bill payment approvals.
• Prepare and review tax returns and conduct tax planning.
• Utilize Zoho ERP for communication and improve process documentation.
