Requirements:

• Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in a similar role within a shared services environment.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement.
• Desirable: Experience in Aged Care and/or health care setting.
• Must satisfy Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee daily accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payments.
• Lodge monthly BAS and manage Group credit card program.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
• Continuously assess and improve AP processes, implement automation tools.
• Enforce policies for compliance and actively participate in relevant projects.
• Oversee AP month-end closing, ensuring report preparation and compliance.
