Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing/leading a DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure team in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with provisioning and monitoring resources in a cloud-based environment.
• System configuration experience with automation tools such as Puppet/Chef/Ansible.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Spinnaker, CircleCI, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate team leadership by mentoring and inspiring a DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE team.
• Oversee the design and management of cloud-based infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Promote CI/CD practices and maintain automated deployment pipelines.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting systems, and manage incident response.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with standards.
