Requirements:

• Current PhD student pursuing research related to software security, software supply chain security, or open-source software security.
• Knowledge of software security, particularly open-source software security.
• Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, Linux distributions, and software vulnerabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to diverse audiences.
• A commitment to applying research in real-world contexts and a curiosity about driving industry innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead research initiatives related to open-source software security, focusing on improving software supply chain security and exploring large language models in software engineering.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across product, engineering, and marketing.
• Share research insights through written reports, articles, and blog posts for technical and non-technical audiences.
