Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, focusing on enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure tools.
• Proven experience working in a MEDDPICC environment with a track record of successful implementation.
• Leadership level experience within a hyper-growth stage company.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in CRM tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and hands-on approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports business goals.
• Lead the development and execution of robust forecasting models for accurate revenue projections.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of revenue initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance and recommend strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance sales processes and optimize pipeline management.
• Champion the MEDDPICC framework to ensure teams are well-equipped to leverage it.
