Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of managing LOAA activities, including federal and state regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing leaves and accommodations.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a people manager.
  • A BA/BS in human resources, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with absence management software, preferably AbsenceSoft.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LOAA team, including various specialists and administrators.
  • Lead LOAA team operations, focusing on the development and enforcement of policies.
  • Manage LOAA vendors and monitor performance and contracts.
  • Provide guidance on complex leave and accommodation cases.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the leave process.
  • Implement new technologies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Track and report on LOAA metrics and employee experiences.
