Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Systems Analyst role for billing systems or financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora Billing, or NetSuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or Finance related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Order to Cash processes and system implications.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities:

• Translates business concepts into software solutions and documentation.
• Collaborates with technical and non-technical teams to define functional requirements.
• Manages project documentation and prepares release notes.
• Identifies and implements platform configurations to meet business needs.
• Develops test plans and supports root cause analysis for defects.
• Captures opportunities for functional and non-functional improvements.
• Coordinates with business leads for training and readiness for feature go live.
