Requirements:

• Process driven and result oriented with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional Product Management/Business Analyst experience, focusing on system implementation.
• Mastery of systems analysis including root cause analysis and systems design methodologies.
• Experience with Supply Chain Systems enhancements and implementation.
• Effective influence, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL tools and cloud product management tools (Jira, Confluence, LucidCharts, Miro).

Responsibilities:

• Own the development and implementation of the Product roadmap for Toast’s Hardware Supply Chain.
• Manage project funnel, prioritizing operational improvements and strategic initiatives across three functional streams.
• Drive partnership among technical teams and functional business owners across various departments.
• Create documentation for system flows, business requirements, and solution designs.
• Measure and document business results post-implementation.
• Discuss data sharing and communication among applications.
• Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and operational teams.
