Requirements:

• Proven solutions consulting experience in the HRtech, fintech or software/technology industry.
• Familiarity with distributed employment models, remote work, and global payroll.
• Ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs and offer strategic recommendations.
• Very good understanding of sales cycles and strong sales acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with storytelling ability.
• Strong technical aptitude for learning and demonstrating software solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Passion for remote work and a global outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Account Executives in the sales team to help understand and address customer business goals and requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of Remote's product offerings and technical capabilities.
• Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers, exploring their technical and business challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and industry expertise.
• Impact revenue acquisition, deal sizes, and closure speed while providing strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to enhance buyer experience and solution implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends related to global and distributed talent employment strategies.
