Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program from an accredited institution, expected graduation by Spring 2026.
• Majoring in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business models and financial metrics.
• In-depth understanding of the market and business environment.
• Knowledge of effective creative design and copywriting practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Understanding of clients' products and services.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software and creative tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative development of marketing initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and teams.
• Partner with the Senior Account Manager to develop yearly and quarterly plans.
• Build trust and relationships with clients and agency partners.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and are on time and on budget.
• Provide meeting notes and next steps for efficiency.
• Brief and manage creative teams on campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate to develop clear campaign briefs.
• Work closely with marketing teams for consistent branding.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day project issues.
• Track metrics and apply insights for future projects.
