Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in retail technology and/or software role.
  • 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships and web analytics metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for Salesfloor’s relationships with clients.
  • Define program objectives with clients to ensure success.
  • Analyze performance reports 2-4 times per month with clients.
  • Ensure execution of client action plans to maximize sales and engagement.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on benchmarks.
  • Deliver ongoing support and quarterly business reviews.
  • Accountable for contract renewals and growth of partnerships.
  • Track issues related to software defects and usage metrics.
  • Develop engagement strategies and materials for program performance.
