Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated successful resource development or sales.
• Experience managing high-level corporate relationships and volunteer board members.
• Successful track record in pitching and executing six-figure partnerships.
• Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, priority management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Establish new corporate relationships and strategic alliances for financial support.
• Build a pipeline of corporate prospects with potential partnerships of $250,000+.
• Create presentations and resources for prospecting.
• Oversee development and utilization of business reporting systems with the RD Operations Team.
• Support existing corporate relationships to enhance revenue and engagement.
• Serve as an expert in program-based corporate partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge to develop proposals aligning with corporate trends.
• Engage in activities to incorporate industry trends into plans.
• Develop integrated partnership opportunities with BBBSA leadership.
