Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in building and managing delivery teams in the SaaS environment.
• Basic coding and/or development know-how.
• Experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API, and providing API-based integrations in enterprise IT.
• Proficiency in project management, preferably agile.
• Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Help the CSE team achieve ambitious goals.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Coordinate with sales during project initiation.
• Implement integration projects for customer success.
• Actively work with client's functional departments.
• Make technical decisions impacting project success.
• Collaborate closely with external development partners.
