Responsibilities:
  • Retain, recruit, and manage a team of fundraising professionals.
  • Achieve annual major gifts and planned giving targets and develop donor journeys.
  • Collaborate on sustainable major giving strategy implementation.
  • Develop the planned giving program and build its pipeline.
  • Partner with event and stewardship managers to enhance fundraising and donor recognition.
  • Collaborate with the Endowment Board on fundraising strategy.
  • Steward diverse donor portfolios and undertake individual solicitations.
  • Oversee major donor prospecting and support systems needed for development.
  • Generate creative solutions for donor experience and fundraising performance.
  • Coordinate with other teams to enhance organizational impact.
