• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or at least two years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer centric response preferred.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.
• Establishes accurate scope of damages and prepares estimates.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiates settlements and handles claim correspondence.
• Maintains quality standards and complies with regulations.
• Provides customer service and manages inventory of claims.
