Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals with enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms for Interface.ai.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and launch new products and solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Represent Interface.ai at industry events and forums to promote the brand and generate new leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the executive team.
- Develop and manage the business development team.
