Marketing Project Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp or Monday, Google Suite; familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Postscript or Attentive (SMS platform) and Justuno or Amped (lead capture platform) is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Marketing Project Manager with creative processes and project management tasks.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and team progress using project management software.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders, outside contractors, vendors, and creative agencies.
• Assist in campaign execution: preparing creative briefs, timelines, resource allocation, presentations, and track deliverables.
