Requirements:

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• Experience working with / for omnichannel beauty brands (retail + e-commerce).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working with Marketing & Retail teams.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask core clarifying questions.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
• Experience designing emails for platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Experience creating engaging graphics for social team.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with core beauty design principles.
• Strong knowledge of the print process and preparing files for print.
• Strong design eye and ability to convey brand aesthetic innovatively.
• Photo retouching and color correcting images.
• Multitasking skills and flexibility to switch between projects.

Responsibilities:

• Under direction of the Sr. Graphic Designer, complete assigned tasks for design efforts across email, website banners, social media design, and retail displays.
• Participate in team meetings or calls related to design efforts.
• Complete requested edits and reviews in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Web, and Retail teams to scope out and clarify assigned tasks.
• Perform photo retouching and color correcting.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and present new ideas.
