Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global transportation and logistics.
• Proven track record of successful global transportation strategy development.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with transportation and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience across various supply chain functions and industries.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global transportation strategy for multiple freight categories.
• Identify optimization opportunities in transportation routes and modes.
• Oversee daily global transportation operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with logistics partners.
• Develop and manage the transportation budget focused on cost control.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and lead risk management strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global transportation team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align transportation strategies.
