Requirements:

A minimum of five years experience in Quality Assurance.
Experience managing remote workers.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Strong test automation skills.
Experience testing large scale financial systems under the SEC’s RegSCI framework.

Responsibilities:

Manage MEMX’s QA team.
Architect, Design and Develop MEMX’s QA testing facilities.
Develop test automation strategies for the firm.
Develop and maintain MEMX quality assurance standards.
Work closely with the engineering teams to remediate issues.
Create and manage quality metrics to track product improvement.
Develop and maintain innovative testing processes that delivers exceptional value to the organization.
