Requirements:

• Team player with the ability and desire to learn.
• Perfectionist with a high level of attention to detail.
• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Database and RAC administration.
• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle Database backup and recovery.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and understanding of computer networking and SAN.
• Experience in Oracle Dataguard and GoldenGate administration.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and monthly maintenance window activities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the database platform, performance tuning, and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage the Crunchtime application through tasks like provisioning, decommissioning, patching, and upgrades.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance work and act as an escalation point for junior DBAs.
• Provide database expertise to development, support, and other teams.
