• Working knowledge of OLAP systems like ClickHouse or Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive high performance.
• Collaborate with the product manager and key leaders to create a shared roadmap.
• Provide long-term strategic direction for GitLab's in-product event instrumentation system.
• Foster technical decision-making on the team and draft quarterly OKRs.
• Improve product quality, security, and performance.
• Run agile project management processes and provide guidance to team members.
• Conduct managerial interviews and contribute to team psychological safety.
