Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably SaaS.
- Proven success in building, developing, and leading demand generation and growth teams.
- Experience at a company scaling to >$500M, ideally >$1B ARR.
- Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and quick execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of growth and campaign marketers focusing on segment and industry growth strategy.
- Own the pipeline number, working with the extended marketing team to define the growth plan.
- Scale and optimize digital channels and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Build a demand center of excellence to drive pipeline growth.
- Partner with GTM Ops and Finance on growth strategy.
- Define and own KPIs for performance metrics, iterating quickly.
- Partner across marketing functions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead data-driven integrated campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Identify and solve business problems with creativity.
- Hire and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
