Requirements:

• At least 4 years of project management experience in the IT field.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency minimum.
• A customer-centric approach with client satisfaction emphasis.
• Experience with US outsource projects is welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build, lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative, friendly and high-performing environment.
• Serve as Scrum Master, coaching and driving the team process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
