Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
• Proven track record in marketing and communication strategy development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing website content and social media.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics: SEO, SEM, social media advertising.
• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of government contracting or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical and business requirements to create representative graphics.
• Collaborate with the Proposal Team to align graphics with proposal requirements.
• Create templates and designs for proposals, ensuring branding consistency.
• Maintain ARETUM's graphics repository for accessibility.
• Handle UI/UX design and updates for the company website.
• Develop and maintain the SharePoint site for different sectors.
• Design and coordinate bi-monthly newsletters with the HR Team.
• Assist in designing quarterly Town Hall presentation slide decks.
• Develop holiday and company news email campaigns.
• Manage press releases and the Services Capability Deck.
• Design and manage sector brochures highlighting services.
• Oversee the management of ARETUM's LinkedIn page.
