Requirements:

• Keen appreciation for design excellence and quality of design implementation in code.
• Expertise in design systems and its application in web technologies.
• Deep experience in CSS architecture, responsive design, and web accessibility.
• Experience with React, React Native, Typescript, SCSS, CSS Modules, Style Dictionary, and Storybook.
• Solid knowledge of the Node.js ecosystem and npm package development.
• Experience with UI component testing for design and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in a federated design system with a focus on git and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of converting design into code and enhancing collaboration through tools.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and maintain React and React Native design system libraries and design token architecture.
• Participate in the Marmalade ecosystem to evolve design and engineering.
• Engage with product teams for outreach, discovery, and validation of features and system quality.
