Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably for a brand that sells through major retailers.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or other ERP systems, focusing on account management and close processes.
• Experience in inputting and categorizing bills and transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts receivable, including processing billbacks and managing net-downs from major retailers.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection and posting of revenue to customer accounts.
• Input and manage accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Lead the monthly close process, preparing and posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
• Leverage ERP expertise to optimize accounting workflows and assist with financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audit processes.
