Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, support, or related role.
• 1-3 years of VB.NET experience.
• 1-3 years of MS SQL Server Database experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining code in multiple programming languages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in software applications to ensure minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify root causes of software issues.
• Provide timely technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Review and modify existing code to fix bugs and enhance performance.
• Implement minor feature enhancements as requested.
• Maintain clear documentation of support activities and code changes.
