• History of success in leading teams of 10-30 people, ideally across multiple businesses simultaneously.
• Preference for candidates with a background in law or escrow.
• Knowledge of legal industry operations, particularly in pre-litigation civil law and financial transactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with ChatGPT, GPT’s or similar AI platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all three businesses, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination between entities.
• Lead, develop, and manage staff across all three companies, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Manage wide-ranging projects, including implementing an existing ERP and conducting competitor research.
• Develop and implement business metrics and KPIs to measure performance and guide decision-making.
• Manage and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide regular operational insights and strategic advice to the owner based on data analysis.
• Act as a liaison between the owner and staff, translating high-level vision into actionable plans and results.
