Requirements:

• 3+ years of asset management experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related field.
• Ability to review contracts for commercial terms.
• Willingness to travel within the United States approximately 20% of the time.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with high work standards and project management skills.
• Knowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS) technology and/or SCADA systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day field operations of a portfolio of utility-scale, stand-alone battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Manage compliance with various agreements and project permits for operating projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to manage contract compliance and project-related issues.
• Prepare and analyze operational and budget reports.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors' maintenance schedules and performance.
• Manage outages and unplanned maintenance, including system issue resolutions.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
