Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience managing cross-functional projects.
• A bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, or a relevant field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) is necessary.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) is important.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills are required.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions, along with strong organizational skills, is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of the PMO team, work closely with fellow team members to empower and align around organizational strategy.
• Provide ongoing, tailored project management support and guidance to cross-functional projects.
• Support enterprise-wide project management learning through various channels to establish baseline knowledge across the organization.
