Requirements:

• Knowledge in various UX research methodologies including contextual interviews, usability tests, personas, customer/user journey maps, and surveys.
• Independence and organisation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to try new ideas and methods.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Organising research projects, particularly recruitment of users for interviews.
• Analysing CX and research data, including metrics and interviews.
• Creating research reports.
• Collaborating on research projects with the team.
• Participating in recruitment activities such as outreach, interviews, and analyses.
• Handling administrative tasks like updating Salesforce and internal knowledge bases.
