Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top 50 national university; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Demonstrated transferable life and work experiences to excel as a Job Search Coach.
• Prior experience in private equity and venture capital is a significant plus.
• Must have daytime availability for impacted employees.
• A demonstrated passion for empathy and community.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan around deadlines and commit to client service for 3-4 months.
• Extensive experience in marketing, finance, engineering, or operations.
• Experience or desire to build manager capability within a coaching role.
• Strong collaboration skills across various groups.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support for individuals in their job search.
• Use the Respiris Method to help clients rediscover their professional calling.
• Guide clients through resume development, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview preparation.
• Help clients launch their Career Prayer™, activating their network for job opportunities.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other software platforms to identify job opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with the Respiris community to continually improve coaching methods.
