Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in validation of claims.
• Works PST, MST, EST timezones.
• Proficiently writes, reads, speaks English.
• Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
• Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change.
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships.
• A relentless attitude and the willingness to change processes and methods as we evolve.
• A background or education in Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Review various distributor/retailer/logistics portals by gathering additional backup, when needed.
• Communicates to engineers when technology is not performing to expectations.
• Creates and submits e-mail inquiries to Vividly clients when additional information is needed to complete the validation cycle.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Customer Success - Deduction Management Services department.
